Job Description As a senior technical writer, you will be responsible for:
- Estimating projects
- Designing templates and deliverables
- Training and reviewing the work of technical writers
- Working independently to create user and technical documentation
- > 3 years experience in technical writing.
- Ability to estimate time and effort for documentation projects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in managing a team of technical writers would be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good English language skills; written and verbal.
- Proven experience in creating one of the following: user manuals, online help, marketing communication (case studies, white papers, proposals etc.) or training material.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, or RoboHelp.
- Exposure to the domains of banking, finance, software development, oil and gas, engineering will be an advantage.
Job Description As a technical writer, you will be responsible for:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, or RoboHelp.
- Exposure to the domains of banking, finance, software development, oil and gas, engineering will be an advantage.
Job Description As a trainee technical writer, you will be:
- Trained in technical writing processes, deliverables, tools and technologies
- Work with technical writers and senior writers to create user and technical documentation
- You must have:1-3 years experience in training, email customer support, content development or software development.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good English language skills; written and verbal.
- An eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Exposure to the domains of banking, finance, software development, oil and gas, engineering will be an advantage.
